Art Fair 14C
Art Fair 14C is New Jersey’s only international art fair and the flagship event of a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to the arts and supporting diverse artists. Returning for its 6th edition in May 2025, the fair provides emerging and established artists with affordable exhibition space and connections to collectors, art lovers, and industry professionals.
Featuring galleries, arts organizations, residency programs, and university art departments, Art Fair 14C creates an inclusive and accessible art experience. With over $3 million in artwork sold, residencies secured, and museum acquisitions made, we drive economic growth in Jersey City and beyond. As part of our mission, we offer free opening-day admission for first-time visitors and sensory-friendly tours for those with disabilities. Project 14C
Project 14C, a dynamic residency by ARTS 14C, offers artists of all disciplines affordable live-work studio spaces in Jersey City, minutes from NYC. In partnership with GFP Real Estate, the program provides yearlong residencies (with limited three-month options), along with mentorship, professional development, and exhibition opportunities.
Located in Jersey City’s Powerhouse Arts District, Project 14C immerses artists in a thriving creative hub while offering easy access to NYC’s cultural and professional resources. Open to visual and performing artists, the residency prioritizes career growth over production requirements, fostering a supportive environment for exploration and innovation.
Led by Executive Director Diana Burroughs and an esteemed Advisory Board, Project 14C is a launchpad for artists ready to advance their careers, build networks, and thrive in a vibrant arts ecosystem.
