Gallery 14C

Over the years the 14C team has traveled across New Jersey ; all 21 counties – meeting the selected Showcase artists wherever they create.

That has meant established professional artist studio complexes like Mana Contemporary, Neumann Leathers, Manufacturers Village. It has also meant kitchens, guest bedrooms, garages, carefully carved-out corners of living rooms, backyard sheds, pool houses and one converted chicken coop.

Each year a different panel of art world experts chooses the artists of The Showcase, and then the 14C team visits those artists in their studios to select the work. Holloway still bemusedly remembers the non-stop summer of 2022, when 44 New Jersey artists were visited. 

This year there are a mere 17 – though there’s nothing mere about them.
